Full Eligibility Requirements

• You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of any other person.

• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by bgd999 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other account restriction currently in force on the bgd999 Platform.
• You are using funds that belong to you and are not derived from any criminal or unlawful activity.

Registration

To access the full range of bgd999 services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of it changes. bgd999 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bgd999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account will be attributed to you. Account Closure

Any eligible outstanding balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following standard verification checks. bgd999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account in accordance with these Terms, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotions, or breach of eligibility requirements.

Deposits

bgd999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer and card payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Currency

All transactions on bgd999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bgd999 does not charge any currency conversion fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or exchange rates where applicable. bgd999 accepts no responsibility for charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or financial activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bgd999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant account balances, subject to providing prior notice to the registered email or mobile number associated with the account. The dormancy fee will not reduce an account balance below zero.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders only. Bonuses cannot be claimed by persons who have not completed the account registration process.
• Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• bgd999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already credited to an account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any other strategy deemed by bgd999 to constitute bonus abuse — will have their bonus and any associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.
• bgd999 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits applicable when bonus funds are active on an account. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum during bonus play may be voided.

Seasonal and Event Promotions

Availability

Disconnection During Play

In the event that your internet connection is interrupted during a game or live betting event, bgd999's systems will attempt to complete the round or event in accordance with the game's rules as they applied at the point of disconnection. bgd999 is not responsible for losses arising from network interruptions on your side. Any disputes arising from connectivity issues should be directed to bgd999 support within 24 hours of the relevant event.

Modifications to the Platform

Ownership

Permitted Use

bgd999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any purpose without the prior written consent of bgd999.

No Warranty

Limitation of Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bgd999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any financial loss not directly caused by a verified system error on bgd999's part. bgd999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of your deposits in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
